Yes. You have to register your child to take advantage of all the benefits. There is also a free membership option which you can register your child for to enter contests.
DO MEMBERS HAVE TO BE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 0-12 TO JOIN?
Yes, the Canadiens Fan Club specifically caters to kids aged 12 or under.
WHAT IS THE CANADIENS FAN CLUB?
The Canadiens Fan Club, open to anyone aged 0-12, is the best fan club in the NHL! There are three different membership packages to choose from: Ages 1-4 Package, Ages 5-12 Package or Newborn Package. Regardless of which one they choose, members get many advantages! There is also an option to sign up to a free membership.
HOW DO PARENTS LOG ON TO CANADIENS.COM/FANCLUB?
Once parents complete their child's registration, they'll be able to log on to the site with their Club 1909 username and password.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO JOIN THE CANADIENS FAN CLUB?
All packages are sold at $50. Add shipping fees for US and international orders. We also offer a FREE membership that does not include a membership kit.
DO I NEED MY PARENT’S PERMISSION TO REGISTER FOR THE CANADIENS FAN CLUB?
Yes. Children are not permitted to register by themselves. Only a parent, legal guardian or adult giving a gift membership can register a member.
ONCE THE REGISTRATION FORM IS SUBMITTED, HOW LONG UNTIL THE MEMBERSHIP KIT IS SENT?
Members who register at the Bell Centre during Canadiens home games will receive their membership kit on the spot at the Canadiens Fan Club booth. Members who register online should allow 4-6 weeks for mail delivery.
DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE MEMBERSHIP KIT TO LOG ON TO THE WEB SITE?
No. You may access the Web site as soon as your registration is complete.
WHEN DOES THE MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE?
Your child's Canadiens Fan Club membership for season is valid from July 1st (from the moment the inscription is completed) until June 30 of the following year.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY CHILD IS SELECTED FOR A CONTEST?
A Canadiens representative will call the parent registered in the child's account. Please refer to the contest rules for more information.
